Got tied up in a mates garden moving rocks and dirt. I think I've done a bit of forearm damage so this will be tomorrows workout, just hope I can grip the bar ok

5 rounds with 9 seconds to spare

I put the bar down...alot, it was a pretty tuff workout

All thrusters were completed in the 5 reps
Hang power cleans were broken up, forearm hurt alot
SDHP were also broken up

Ended up resting yesterday - Jet lag and chocolates a plenty made my will to train almost zero.

Did this with reek this morning
Brett 6 rounds + 4 SDLHP (47kg)
Errica 8 rounds + 5 Thrusters (20kg)

So hard to get going!
