AMRAP Tuesday - 9 Dec 08

AMRAP 20 mins
15 Pull Ups, 15 Ring Push Ups, 15 Back Extensions and 15 GHD Sit Ups

IMHO AMRAP is the best test of mental toughness going. You can pace yourself or procrastinate until the buzzer goes and that translates to mentally weak, you can maintain a constant body in motion approach that translates to good mental toughness or you can work hard until the very last second wishing there were more time so you could finish that last round that translates to mentally superior!

ycompleted this monday, intended on following the 3 day cycle straight from fran sunday...mmm, AMRAP is bad enough, I was hurting.
15 pull up
15 ring push ups
15 back ext
15 GHD sit up
AMRAP 20 min
= 7 rounds plus 15 pull ups and 15 ring push ups (none on my knees, wahoo).
Back ext and sit ups over swiss ball.

C&J today 75kg best, need to do this at your place brett, dont like pushing the limits one these as the steel plates and cement floor dont mix if I have to drop out

You animal - I only managed 4 full rounds and got all but 8 Sit ups on the 5th.
