Squat therapy at 100kgs

Did 5x5 at 100 after warming up.

Set one have forward bar travel due to me shooting my knees out forwards

Set two and three were a bit better really concentrated on sitting down into the squat.

Four and five fatigue was creeping in and depth became questionable on one or two reps.

Best fix for todays faults would have been doing the sets at 90 or 95kg in hindsight.

Tomorrow scares me...

Did you go all the way down to where your knees do the breakfast cereal impersonation?

Yeah, I just used a gym I use to use back in the day. Tied up there squat rack for about 40min, started with the bar and worked up from there. I thought my depth was pretty good. Was different looking at myself in a mirror. I was thinking it would have been great if the image I saw in front of me was a side on shot.
I'll tell you what though, I miss having the other crossfitters checking form for sessions like this. It's a good group up there, hope I come back up to be apart of it again, and the new box :)

One thing that I noticed that I haven't been looking at before is the bar travel. It starts above your heels and finishes about mid foot towards your toes. After seeing that I'd like to see what sort of travel mine has.
