Flamo is my new best friend, you can kick him, punch him (as Graeme demo'd), jump on him and he takes it with a grain of salt. Just so long as he doesn't kick, punch or jump on me! Might be pushing the friendship!

next time i'm bringing my 16lb hammer and i'm going to forcibly teach Flamo to 'respect my authoriy'....

Even using the Pruple band for chin ups, that really was harding jumping on Flamo, SDLHP the Bulldog and then doing the chins.... x3 rounds...
