Ain't that the truth, sad but true that some people are so superficial that they are willing to short change themselves during a WOD all to get the fastest time... Is this the sign of a guilty concious Brett??? :p why would you really bother at the end of the day, my work capacity has been increasing since I started Crossfit a few months back i'm more likely to miss count reps and do more than drop reps...
