30.02 Damn! I was trying for under 30, need to work on my time management more.

Chins took to about the 18min mark I think, chins started with a set of 10,5,5 then 3's till the end, was happy with 3's, usually it's two's and one's

Push ups took till the 22.30ish mark, 2 sets of 20 and 10's till the end

Sit ups, were till about the 27.30-28min mark, they were really hard for some reason, felt every one of them.

Squats were great, one set of 100, never done that before either, always die at about 50.

So overall, pretty happy :)

I'm going to hunt around for a gym tomorrow to have a crack at the back squats too, hoping for around body weight, pretty sure thats close to what I ended up with last time.

Hope everyone had a cracker xmas. Looking forward to the new year and putting this one behind me :)

Hope you guys have a great hoilday :D

Nice work Scott
my last Angie was 26:37 on a Saturday class Hopefully I will be well rested for Sunday and notch up a new PB. My hands are killing me after the 150 PU in Eva yesterday - Sun might be a few rips - fingers crossed for not!
