5 sets of 3 Reps Front Squat
Recurring Fault in my Front Squat is insufficient knee turn out and a tendency for weight to shift off my heels(I did my best to keep these at bay this morning).
As the weight gets heavier I also drop my elbows as seen by upper back rounding - depth deteriorates as well.

I don't know if I mind the Beethoven in Work out vids... But I made it at work and it is the only song that comes with windows.
I saw your 80kg Back Squats good work mate, there are some animals down there though - Doug A with 130 back squats farrk.
The 80kgs were tuff. It was good selecting a weight and trying to stick with it for 3x7 sets.
Yeah, I've meet Doug a couple of time, seem like a good bloke...and an animal!

400m & 50kg PP WOD wasnt as bad as i thought it would be, maybe should have ran the 500m or used the rx'd 52.5kg (though that woudnt have made that much of a difference).
