We both did FS 60,65,70 for 5 reps
and BD 60 for 20 reps

great work out brett, not to bad after the squats as well
Now more rowing tues and run already in the mix, with sdhp's tomorrow.. any recommendations or just do the 50 sdhp per round
I read a good sub as 1 jumping pull up per 10 meters rowed, and the other was light squat cleans at the same rate. It is a three rounder so maybe you could try each one to decide the best sub
