Warm up:

500m row
30 Orange Band Strict MU

Rest 5 mins

5 x 5 Back Squats

Rest 10 mins

Short Metcon

3 Rounds in Weighted Vest(20lbs)
5 Thrusters (50kg)
5 Heaves

Cool Down - then off to work to sit in front of a computer all day :)

30 Muscle Ups(Orange Band)- 8:36
Back Squat- did sets of 5 going up from 40kg 5kg at a time till last set was 80kg. Used camera to keep form honest.(40,45,50,55,60,65,70,75,80) wow 9 sets - was really only working from 60 on so it worked out good.

Short Metcon - 2:57 not as brutal as I thought it would be but I could have gone faster to make it harder.

A good session.
