The Brett Drill

This is my ,soon to be famous, Brett Drill - hopefully it will improve double unders the world round.

This is me putting the drill to the test on OPT's "Flight Simulator" which is all the rage at SXF at the moment and has produced some exceptional dummy spits.(Language warning on the Dummy Spit vid - super funny though like old people on ice!)

The challenge is up, I did it in 12:38.

Nice work mate, I might have a crack at this one. Do you follow much of the OPT WOD's?

I love OPTs stuff because he is a really smart dude but I definetely put it in the loistically challenging pile for a group.

I have done a few and they are always really smart combinations.

21-15-9
PC and thruster, 40kg
6:56
weight tapped ground between every PC
used a rack when breaking sets of thrusters

not nice, like fran. especially getting to 21 PC, then having to do another to get the bar back in place for thrusters.

whats the new WOD?

Only 2 rounds were broken, spent a bit of time on the other side of 50 feeling sorry for myself and standing around
