Brock Street Fitness follows the experiences of those who train under my house. The aim of BSF is to offer a low cost training experience for any Townsville / Aitkenvale area based individual that wants to be fitter and is prepared to work hard for it.

Did Jackie at CFNQ this morning. Row time was 4.13 something, thats 10 secs faster than Thursday and makes it 13 more secs to go under 4mins and a new PB.
Overall Jackie time was 11.43.
Note to myself :
Stick to the planned number of continous reps, no unscheduled breaks.
Nice job Robin 4:13 is smoking fast especially knowing you still had pull ups and thrusters to do.
I was first off the rowers :) !!
(Only by about 5secs but still a confidence boost!)
Masters qualifiers are in Sydney 8/9th May...so I have much work to do in the next 4 months!
