Relentless Walrus


66mins for 11 km!

I ran this morning to suss out if I would enter the 10.5km or the half marathon.

I think after this mornings plod and my after effects a 10.5 is on the cards.

When i get home Muscle Ups for strength!

not to bad, all I used to do was long runs, now i'm like "10km? oh man..."
