Im back! NorCal On Ramp Day One WOD

Warmed up with the Day One WOD for the on ramp:

300m Run, 15-12-9 (Push Ups, Body Rows, Squats) 300m Run 5:15

Then looked for a 1 RM Front squat F at 100 and succeeded at 95kg.
