Context



Spot the difference between a good and a bad front squat?

Did a DT variant at the CFNQ box yesterday and 60 hang power cleans later my traps are feeling it. Hoping to hit some deads later today.

by the look of the 2 pictures, Fi looks like she's in the final position of the HPC or in the dip drive for the start of a Push Jerk and not a Front Squat.

But as for a Front Squat position, the ability to handle weight would be really limited due to the narrow feet position, the position of her Torso to her lower limbs, and not having the elbows thru to keep the bar in a good racked position.

Your time look pretty good Brett, especially since the total work done was 3.15t more than DT.

Took my Volleys out for a single lap of riverway today on about 6:20/km pace, the only drama is i dont think i did one of my shoe's quite tight enough, so i have a small hot spot...
Got some OMG WTF looks and questions about running in Volleys and with my poor explanation i tried to explain posse running method and there isn't an issue in running in volleys.

i kind of figured that, since neither of the CFNQ pics looked like a Dip drive, more of the end of the HPC...
