Brock Street Fitness follows the experiences of those who train under my house. The aim of BSF is to offer a low cost training experience for any Townsville / Aitkenvale area based individual that wants to be fitter and is prepared to work hard for it.

So how many weird looks did you get we you lined up for the run??
I haven't take my volley's for a run that far yet, might work on getting faster in normal runners first.
Someone at 5 asked if it was a gee up.
I reckon a better way than getting fast in normal runners is to step up the distance slowly in the volleys. 400s, 800s 1200s then before you know it 10k in volleys

Hmmm interesting, i guess it would be much like running in 5 Fingers, slowly increasing distance to allow for adjustmet to the running style neded to run in them.
Looks like i have a new goal, to be able to run a time equal to or faster than my last time of 10:21 but in volleys...
