
Coming off the back of a nail biting, crossfit filled rest day I was pumped so this morning I managed:
71 Continuous Double Unders in my Warm Up (PB)
1 RM OHS of 65kg(PB)
WOD time of 26:44 (PB)
I did the Pull up WOD 3 Weighted,5 Strict and 7 Kipping for 10 rounds.
