I just finished this session
40, 45, 45, 50, 50, 50, 50

Had a crack at 55, but it was messy

Afterwards I did some clean practise


It's amazing how good the crossfit system really is, it's all I've been doing, just following the WOD (well, pretty much) and I'm quite impressed with the results. Not that I was a sceptic before, and I was happy with my results before, but just stepping it up to the next level I've seen really good results and can't recommend it enough!!
