Back Squat Triples

Mediochre Effort because my calves are still destroyed from my 5k

90,92.5,95,90,90 - Pretty happy with form

so far at worst i have not lost strength or performance.

I only found a 1 cam shirt at home to, can i pick up your few for MSD on saterday? too big is better than no shirt at all...

air squats felt shit, legs like jelly and almost numb at end but it was only 50, few quick shakes to break it up and they were done. done in front of mirror to keep form good.

what about filthy 50 at yours sat arvo? should be good on no sleep + anzac biccies n coffee...
