Back Squat 1 RM and WOD today

Here is the vid I was talking about where I miss at 120kg.

As I said at the time I think that my form is pretty good but my quad drive is lacking, maybe 120 high bar will go today! video

nice one brett, made me laugh anyway. Good form however, as with the DL's, if you cant move any further with that form then just drop it.

busted out that head game of a wod yesterday with 5 thruster, 7 HPC, 10 SDHP, all 42.5kg, AMRAP 20 min.
= 8 rnds with 9 sec spare spent trying to regain feeling in my forearms/hands. a nice improvement from last time so things are still going up.

main site wod with the 12 rep range 1 arm PP and DL, interesting as that is what has been discussed for a while, though its a very old wod by the sounds of it. what would the "Fforde fraction of 1rm adjusted for reps equation generator" spit out for this one?

Back Squat 1 RM is now 115 but the 120 attempt was more bar dropping fun.

I should stick 117.5 next time and then I can really start thinking about 120 success.

That barbell complex is a horrid head game my best on this is 7 and a bit. 8 is awesome.

I just saw that Doug from CFB did 12rounds @ 40kgs for that head game. Machine!!

But that is why Doug A came third in Australia - because he is a fit and tough MoFo.
