Imelda

Berry an I knocked out 30MU for time today I nailed 10:09 (PB) and he got 14:56(also PB).



Tomorrow Arvo Errica and I agoing to have a crack at this WOD we made up which I am going to call Imelda as tribute to my growing shoe collection,I added a pair of five fingers today :).

Your smashing those M/U mate. The boys at CFB were saying a good way to get through them is to do one every 12 secs or 10sec etc

I love MU!

We did the WOD and it only occured to us during that what we were really doing was 50DU,10,10 90DU,8,8,70DU,6,6,50 DU,4,4,30 DU,2,2,10 DU but we pushed through regardless.

We changed it up to be Front Squats and I did 50kg which was a bit light,I think to make a great WOD of it it should be your 10RM or BW.
