Squeezed out 5 sets of 5 on the bench: 90,92.5,95,97.5 and 100!

Pretty happy with that.

Also managed 5 bar Muscle Ups in a row, 30 is on the horizon.

while leaning out down to about 8-9% BF, going through the typical strength loss now, CFT was down 5% on SP and DL. However smashed a new babera PR with 3:20, 3:29, 3:39, 3:44 & 3:52 (butterfly situps). Have to up the fat and focus on the strength wods to see if I can get it back up.

Something you guys might like to have a crack at. We have another challange at work, last month was a 1000m row for time, I managed a 3:28:2. This month coming is a bench press comp, 70% of your body weight for max reps. I had a quick crack yesterday arvo, my weight should have been 51.9kgs, so I rounded up to 52.5kgs and managed 25 reps without a spotter. Should be able to get a couple more reps out with someone there to rip the bar off me
