Squat Triples from Monday 23/3/09



I think these look pretty good but I would be keen as always to hear what feedback others have, thanks.

Did Karen yesterday in 8:48 and went for a paddle this morning for about an hour in the river.

Tomorrow going to hit the qualifer WOD1!

Shoulder a bit suspect so I will play it by ear.

looks like you were letting you chest drop forwards on some of the squats, unless it was just camera angle. I was watching the end of the bar and it was doing a bit of fore and aft movement, more so towards the mid to bottom of the downward movement, and the first part of the up movement.
based on the diagrams in http://library.crossfit.com/premium/pdf/69_08_low_high_bar_squats.pdf i may be wrong...
