Nice mate, this is a tuff workout, especially when you can't kip and all chins are dead hangs :( I think I got a 44.54 or there abouts. Was trying to find the time I got in Bundy to compare. I think they were pretty close. One dude down here did it in 32min something, including rest!! Animals!!

I was surprised this morning the sit ups probably gave me the most curry - couldn't cycle through them fast at all.

Got 20 straight pulls 3 times then 17 and 3 twice, 5 sets of 20 strainght was my goal but I am happy with this mornings effort.

Was close to yacking glad I did it on an empty stomach!

Yeah, the sit ups slowed me down too.

I layed on the floor at CFB for awhile and found driving home pretty hard.

I wasn't to worried about the workout as I had done it before on my own. Then Matt came out of the office and announced that this is one of his most feared workouts!! That destoryed me right there.
