DT

Did DT with Dan and Reek, man he can move! 11mins for DT I posted 16:13 @ 67kg which is half the time it took me to do it with 70 last time.

Training with fitter individuals than yourself is one way to ramp up your intensity!

Dutch's blogs are always cool, In my opinion he has reached a point in his life where chasing CF fitness isn't as important to him as specialising in O lifting. I doubt he will specialise to the point that he loses too much from the other athletic abilities but Dutch has always said training should be fun.

Torching yourself on Metcons daily isn't everyones idea of fun and keep in mind that this is a fit dude he may have achieved all he wants in CF.

It really gets me thinking? What do I want out of my training? Especially seeing as I have never considered myself a zealous crossfitter by any stretch of the imagination.

There may be a post in this.
