What an evil but awesome run I am having:
Thursday - Tabata Front Squats with 40kg(Moderate session)
Friday - 5X5 Deadlifts 140kg across sets
Saturday - Angie 24:30ish
Sunday AM - 10 rounds of 3 Cleans(80kg), 6 Push Ups, 9 GHD Sit Ups 24 mins ish
Sunday PM - AMRAP as per todays blog
This session is still to happen but I am feeling good about it.

It took us a while to get going but it was fun.

almost PB'd with 6 MU in a row, dropped the last one so still on 5.
BUT- PB of the day for me was no skin loss after 30 MU's AND only a minor beating for being late....
