Feeling good

Last week I was a bit down but managed a few little WODs of note:
Friday 30 24kg KBsnatch each arm without putting it down(alternated 5 each side)
Saturday FGB PB 296
Sunday Worlds most evil situp 50-40-30-20-10 coupled with 60kg cleans 10-8-6-4-2
20:55 to Steves 18:30.

Not so bad at the moment but during I was struggling to string 10 together for very long.

I like the look of the Big Dawg championship especially the OPT3.

so there i was, ready to demo a sprint out and knife attack for the first lesson of the morning. "thanks demo" was called, two steps and 'TWANG', few more steps and i'm on the ground sick with pain in the groin.
Adductor 'strain' later and it still hurts to sit here. hmmmm, no training for me for a few days and see what happens.
On a good note, abs feel good relative to that workout yesterday

My abs are fine as well, go figure - maybe the exercise is worth jack?
