I really like your programming mate, hope to be back up there this year to be a part of it
Because I strained my calf on the first 400 run I went and swam 16 laps, 4 laps x 4, with 2 mins rest between each set. Calf was fine in the water but arms and shoulders felt like lead after the Presses today and yesterdays effort
Not sure how many laps swum are equal to a run?
Nice job this morning, a good play some strength and then some sprints. Bench tomorrow.

Then hit a 500m row before the WOD which was 3 rounds of 300m row 30 push ups.
