WOD at Glen's killed me - the renegade burpees - holy cow, have never done them before! It was short (9 minutes) but deadly. Hard to catch my breath.
But it was a good workout and a noice feed :) Thanks guys.

Awesome morning workout for us - your k/b swings and DU. It was very hard to get straight on to the DU, as my forearms were so stuffed from the k/b swings. Happy with my k/b swings, but terrible at getting big numbers from DU, my forearms were killing me and I was stumbling like a drunk person with my legs.
